PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes by fixing a metal rod to the part-fixing plate, and providing a hollow insulating cylinder in the outer case, thereby enabling improvement in the workability and automation. CONSTITUTION:A metal rod 6 having a flange 6b is mounted on a part-fixing plate 2, in the surroundings of the metal rod 6 a hollow insulating cylinder 2a for insulation use is formed integrally with the part fixing plate 2, rubber ring 10 is mounted surrounding the hollow insulating cylinder 2a, and an insulating cylinder 1a is integrally formed in an outer case 1. A primary coil bobbin is inserted into a secondary coil bobbin, and the outer case 1 is inserted into a transformer portion wherein the secondary coil bobbin is combined with the part-fixing plate 2. A receptacle 7 matching the metal rod 6 is pressure-contacted with a high-voltage lead 5, the high-voltage lead with which the receptacle 7 was pressure-contacted is inserted into a high-voltage terminal cover 3 consisting of double hollow insulating cylinders 3b, 3c which were integrally formed surrounding the insulating cylinder 2a, a cast resin 11 for insulating use is injected and cured between the innermost hollow part of the high-voltage terminal cover 3 and the high-voltage lead 5, and the high-voltage terminal cover 3 and the portion exposed from the high-voltage terminal cover 3 are covered with a rubber cover 4. |
