PURPOSE:To output required image information on recording paper by providing the titled device with a buffer memory, an image information display device and a recording device. CONSTITUTION:To obtain required image information out of various image information stored in an optical disk storage device 2, a retrieval code corresponding to the required image information is set up by a keyboard 5 and the retrieving and reading operations are also set up by the keyboard 5. As the result, the required image information is retrieved by the storage device 2 based on the set retrieval code and successively read out and the read image information is stored in a page memory 6. Then, the display operation and recording operation are set up by the keyboard 5. Consequently, the image information stored in the page memory 6 is displayed and recorded on the recording paper through a hard copying device 4.
