摘要

PURPOSE:To easily draw a pattern on a base material made of an active metal without causing deformation by locally irradiating high energy beams on the surface of the base material put in an atmosphere of N2 to form golden nitride on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A base material coated with an active metal or made of the active metal is put in an atmosphere of N2 or an N2-acetylene mixture. High energy beams such as laser beams or electron beams are irradiated on the surface of the base material under scanning to form the nitride or carbonitride of the active metal on the surface of the base material.
