PURPOSE:To mount the center core of a magnetic sheet accurately to a rotary drive shaft in loading a magnetic sheet pack by providing a backet fitting the center core provided at the turning center of the magnetic sheet to a drive shaft at the main body side and the adsorbing member of the center core, in loading the magnetic sheet pack. CONSTITUTION:When the magnetic sheet pack 10 is inserted in the backet 26 while the upper cover 28 is opened, the magnetic sheet pack 10 is fastened tentatively in the backet 26 by a lock member. In pushing down the upper cover 28 toward a main body 27 in this state, the backet 26 is in the closed position and a drive shaft 32 is fitted to the center core 14. When the drive shaft 32 is driven from the state, a center core reception member 52 is guided by a spiral slot 62 at the drive shaft side 32, moved downward against the energizing force of the spring 54 and placed at the normal magnetic recording/ reproducing position. The magnetic recording/reproducing operation is finished from this state and the drive of the drive shaft 32 is stopped, then the center core reception member 52 is pushed up by the spring 54 and the upper cover 28 is released to open the back 26 thereby causing the unloading.
