PURPOSE:To make a stable combustion and provide a stable nature of discharging gas by a method wherein a flow rate adjusting valve for adjusting an amount of oil to be fed into or discharged out of a hydraulic cylinder for a feeder for supplying garbage is arranged, a garbage feeding speed is made continuously variable, thereby a supplying of garbage is continuously performed and simultaneously its supplying speed is made continuously variable. CONSTITUTION:An amount of oil from a hydraulic source 6 is adjusted by a flow rate adjusting valve 9, thereby an operating speed of a feeder 3 for garbage 2 is made continuously variable. At this time, a solenoid 8 is turned ON/OFF continuously in such a way it may be moved forward or backward and a value to be varied by a temperature sensing signal is only a degree of opening of the flow rate adjusting valve 9. Therefore, the feeder 3 always repeats the forward and backward movement, resulting in that its speed is varied in response to a variation of temperature. With this arrangement, the combustion is continuously performed and the combustion state is not varied periodically and so both combustion and nature of discharging gas are stabled.
