PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for connecting printers to all extension telephone terminals and to attain economization by printing data transmitted from a telephone in a printer attaching to another preset telephone set. CONSTITUTION:The extension telephone terminal with a printer 8 is constructed of the extension telephone terminal 6 and the printer 7. A sound information B1, a channel, a data information B2 channel, a connection control signal D channel are mutiplexed in a line. The B1 channel is transmitted to a sound control circuit 11 by a line interface 17, and inputting and outputting a sound can be made by a handset 12. The B2 channel and the D channel are transmitted to a cpu 10 through an interface 9. If the printer 7 is unconnected, the cpu 10 connects the circuit to the extension telephone terminal with a printer 8 through the D channel, and carries data stored in a memory 14 on the line through the B2 channel. The extension telephone terminal with a printer 8 prints and outputs data to a printer main body 15 through an interface 16.
