PURPOSE:To shorten the leading time and trailing time of an output signal by increasing the rate of a current regarding a through rate (SR) to the maximum current of an output stage. CONSTITUTION:The 1st switching diode circuit SD1, the 2nd switching diode circuit SD2, the 3rd switching diode circuit SD3, the 4th switching diode circuir SD4, etc., are provided. The output current of a current source IH is set to three states, i.e., 0, mI, and (m+n)I (where I has an optional current value and is n>m) and two current sources IA and IB which can be turned on and off are provided; and the output current of a current source IL is set to three states, i.e., 0, the inverse the mI, and the inverse of (m+n)I and two current sources IC and ID which can be turned on and off are provided. In this case, a current conducting through the IA of the current source IH is denoted as mI, and a current conducting through the IB is denoted as nI; and a current conducting through the IC of the current source IL is denoted as the inverse of mI and a current conducting through the ID is denoted as the inverse of nI. The current sources IA-ID are controlled to set three states of high level, low level, and high impedance.
