发明名称 WEIGHT ADJUSTED MACHINING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately perform weight adjusted machining to a workpiece by compensating the feed per revolution of a tool from the feeding position for machining the datum surface on the basis of the measured value of actual weight in weight adjusted machining for adjusting rotational balance. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the adjusting section for machining of a connecting rod W is machined for preparing a datum surface by using a machining device 2 by which the feed per revolution of a tool 13 is automatically controlled. In the next step, the weight of the workpiece W is measured by a weight measuring device 16. After that, in regrinding the adjusting section for machining, the feed per revolution of the tool 13 from the feeding position for machining the datum surface in the machining device 2 is compensated on the basis of the measured value of the weight after the datum surface machining is performed to the workpiece W. The weight after datum surface machining is, therefore, compensated by the amount of increased weight due to wearing of the tool 13 resulting in performing accurate weight adjusted machining to the workpiece W.
