PURPOSE:To prevent the clouding of glass by depositing a moisture absorbent on the surface of the glass. CONSTITUTION:The moisture absorbent 2 is deposited on one or both surface of glass 1 to obtain the glass provided with a moisture absorbent. Steam and water droplets are absorbed by the moisture absorbent, and the glass is not clouded. When a plastic is used instead of glass in the same manner, the same effect can be obtained. Moreover, when hygroscopicity is provided to the base material such as glass and plastics, the same effect can be produced.
