PURPOSE:To enable two parts to be quickly arranged to be incorporated in each other by providing a fixed carrier for mounting a first part on a pallet and a movable carrier mounting a second part and capable of moving upward from the side of the fixed carrier. CONSTITUTION:A strut 15 is erected on a pallet 7. In the upper end of the strut 15 are received a part A and a fixed carrier 16 fitting and supporting from inside the part A, capable of being guided by a rod 45 extending upward to move up and down and projecting the upper end to the outside by an urging force of a spring 43. Further, a bracket 15a is mounted on both sides on the intermediate portion between the upper and lower ends of the strut 15 and the lower ends of four arms 17 are pivotably connected to the bracket 15a at predetermined intervals. On the other hand, by the upper end of the arm 17 is supported a plate-like movable carrier 18 formed with a notch portion 18a for supportingly suspending a part B. The movable carrier 18 is held at the side position of the fixed carrier 16 by a spring force of a spring 19.
