PURPOSE:To always obtain the stable sound collecting performance independently of the position of the face of the operator by providing a microphone to the shaft of an input pen in an electronic equipment having the input pen and the microphone. CONSTITUTION:A housing 18 is disposed to one end of the shaft 17 of the input pen 16 and the microphone 21 is disposed in the inside. In using a telephone set 11 as a loudspeaker telephone set only, the telephone set has only to be used while the input pen 16 is loaded to a pen holder 15. Thus, the shaft 17 of the input pen 16 acts like a microphone stand. In using the telephone set 11 for the sending of a figure or the like, the input pen 16 is held by a hand to be extracted from the pen holder 15, a figure is drawn on a tablet 13 by the input pen and the microphone 21 of the input pen 16 is spoken to.
