PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus at low cost while reducing the size, by making an increment of the content of a semiconductor memory with an arithmetic control section on the side of a price scale when each time as each label is printed and issued to memorize the number of label issued. CONSTITUTION:An electrically erasable non-volatile memory 12 is provided. A microcomputer 4 executes computation of prices and a display control for display units 6, 7 and 8 to output printing data to a label issuing machine 9 and the like. Along with this, it checks a label issuing signal (J) of the issuing machine 9 and makes an increment of the content of a memory 12 when the completion of the issuance is detected. Then when checking the number of labels already issured, a keyword is inputted to change the number of the issued number mode from a keyboard 5. In this mode, a display unit 7 is turned to blank display while the display unit 8 is turned to a specified symbol display for indicating change over of the issued number mode. In addition, the content of the memory 12 is read in and the counts are shown on the display unit 6. When indication of the display units 6, 7 and 8 are returned to a normal fare scale mode, a keyword is inputted for the changeover of the mode.
