PURPOSE:To simplify construction of a transport line from the magazine standby position to exhaust position by arranging these positions at the same level relative to the magazine replacement position. CONSTITUTION:When a magazine before processing 12 is located in the working position 11, suction nozzles 44 enable retaining the uppermost lead frame 14 stacked in a magazine 12 at the nozzle lowermost position 45 in the working position 11, and the lead frame 14 is transported to the lead frame transport part 13 in the condition being held by said suction nozzles 44. The lead frame transported 14 is released from the suction nozzles 44 and transferred onto the transport part 13. Lead frames 14 transferred onto this lead frame transport part 13 are fed one after another in the direction of arrow F and sent to the following processes such as pellet installation, resin sealing, etc. A lead frame support 47 is sunk again to below a rail 22.
