PRODUCTION OF BETA-UROGASTRONE

摘要

PURPOSE:To discharge beta-urogastrone to the outside of mold and to collect it readily, by cultivating Escherichia coil which is transformed with a beta- urogastrone secretion and manifestation type vector. CONSTITUTION:A vector containing a DNA base sequence to code fused polypeptide wherein a DNA base sequence to code signal peptide is directly bonded to a DNA base sequence to code beta-urogastrone is formed and Escherichia coli is transformed with it. Plasmid pUG201 can be used as a vector. The vector is transduced into Escherichia coli HB101 strain. The plasmid pUG201 containing strain is deposited as HB101[pUG201] with Fermentation Research Institute (RERMBP-681).
