PURPOSE:To decrease the area and to extend the operation margin by forming the 1st and 2nd logic circuits by Josephson junction elements and resistors, and removing the input resistor of the 2nd logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:The Josephson junction elements 101, 103 and the resistors 111, 112 form the 1st Josephson logic circuit. Similarly, the Josephson junction elements 102, 104 and a resistor 113 from the 2nd Josephson logic circuit. The injection terminal of the current of the 1st logic circuit is connected to the injection terminal of the current of the 2nd logic circuit and the injection terminal of the current of the 2nd logic circuit is connected to ground. Since to inductance is used as circuit components in such a way, the circuit area is decreased. Further, the input resistor is removed from the 2nd logic circuit and the junction element 104 is inserted in such a way, the operation margin is extended.
