PURPOSE:To assemble simply upper and lower constitution parts by setting the lower constitution part assembled precedingly onto an inner yoke, attracting the upper constitution part assembled with a top plate or the like to an upper yoke and descending the upper yoke. CONSTITUTION:First, an upper elevating means 7 raises the upper yoke 5, a lower elevating means 6 raises the inner yoke 3, the lower constitution part A is set on the yoke 3 and the inner yoke 3 is descended. Then an attracting means 8 attracts the upper constitution part B onto the upper yoke 5 and the upper yoke 5 is descended, then a guide 25a formed on a pole 25 is engaged with a stepped part 27a to adhere the upper/lower constitution parts A, B. Through the assembly in this way, in applying power to a magnetizing coil, the magnet member 26 of the speaker unit 20 is magnetized.
