NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (X is halogen; n is 1, 2; R<1> is alkyl; R<2>, R<3> are H, alkyl; where in case of R<1>=methyl, R<2>, R<3> are H, methyl, X is Br, or F). EXAMPLE:N-(4-Chloro-alpha-methylbenzene)2,2-dichlor-1-ethyl-3,3-dimeth ylcyclopropa necarboxamide. USE:Fungicide for agricultural purposes. Especially, it is every active against rice blast (Pyricularia oryzae). PREPARATION:The reaction of a compound of formula II with another compound of formula III (M is OH, halogen) gives a compound of formula I.
