ANTI-THEFT DEVICE

The anti-theft arrangement for each door of the vehicle comprises an electric circuit controlled by a central switch point S1 which when closed arms the arrangement. Manual lock member JV in a lock position opens the circuit by switch S2 by projection A. With attempted opening the circuit is closed which activates solenoid HM so that detent HA, BA engages recess E in the lock member. On release of the member the projection opens switch S2 and spring F retracts the detent. The arrangement avoids drain on the battery.
