1. A radiation-sensitive coating agent which, in addition to customary additives, contains (a) an organic solvent, (b) a homopolyimide or copolyimide which is soluble in this solvent and is formed from aromatic tetracarboxylic acids and aromatic diamines or aromatic and aliphatic diamines, where at least one aliphatic group is bonded direct or via a bridging group to at least some of the tetracarboxylic acid radicals, of the aromatic diamine radicals, or the two radicals and/or at least some of these radicals contain as an aliphatic bridging group alkylene, alkylidene, cycloalkylidene or Si(alkyl)2 and (c) at least 0.1 % by weight, based on component (b), of at least one organic chromophoric polyazide in which the azide groups are bonded to aromatic hydrocarbon radicals. |
