PURPOSE:To uniformly attract dusts and to improve the collecting efficiency of the dusts by connecting an attracting duct corresponding to each electrode position at an outer marginal part of a dust collecting hood having penetrating holes for three phase electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The attracting ducts 7 are connected at the positions corresponding to the three electrode 4 positions at the outer marginal part of the dust collecting hood 5. In this way, by attracting uniformly the dusts exhausted from the electrode inserting holes of a water cooling cover 3, the collecting efficiency of the dusts is improved. In this case, as the dust collecting hood 5 is arranged as shiftable vertically, and also is formed as an annular projecting part 3a at the margin of the electrode inserting hole of the water cooling cover 3 and an annular step part 5a, engaging with the projecting part 3a, at the margin of the electrode penetrating hole of the dust collecting hood 5, quantity of the sucking air is decreased and furthermore, the collecting efficiency of the dusts is improved.
