PURPOSE:To easily adjust the deflection amount of a die by displacing and curving the elastic member fixing the vicinity of the center part of a stationary table and by moving the plural wedge members having the inclined surface arranged between the die and stationary table corresponding to the curving of the elastic member. CONSTITUTION:The upper part table 9 is moved vertically and a die punch P is moved vertically by actuating the press cylinders 5A, 5B of the upper part at both ends of side frames 3A, 3B. With driving a control motor 65, a sprocket 51 is rotated and both end parts 27s of a sheet spring 27 (elastic member) are deflected via a ball joint 41. The lower part wedge 81 is smoothly moved before and behind by the deflection of both the end parts 27s of the sheet spring 27 by providing the wedge 81 that the upper face is inclined before and behind on the longitudinal direction of the upper part of the lower part table 11. In this way the deflection amount being pressed to the die can be simply and easily adjusted and the bending with excellent accuracy is enabled.
