PURPOSE:To obtain a terminal equipment in which the restoration operation of the switching mode is not forgotten by changing and sending a dial signal for the kind when a prescribed key is read at automatic dialing to mix the dial mode. CONSTITUTION:A control section 9 reads a dial number data from a RAM 5 at automatic dialing and DP signal dialing, and when the read data is not an asterisk key *, a DP signal is sent. When a dial number data read from the RAM 5 is an asterisk key *, the control section 9 changes the mode into the PB signal mode and sends the result. When the operator hooks on the handset to turn off a hook switch or, the control section 9 restores the dial mode change.
