These hybridomas result from the fusion, with myeloma cells, of lymphocytes from the spleen of transgenic mice comprising, integrated in their DNA chain, a gene which is functional in the said lymphocytes, carrying the regulatory sequences of the 5' region of this gene and fused with the portions encoding a given protein of another gene, with or without a signal peptide-encoding fragment.
<??>The desired protein is obtained by treating the ascites derived from the corresponding hybridoma carrying the portions encoding this protein, and by extracting the latter.
