PURPOSE:To attain the test of a centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment without using a real distribution remote supervisory and controlling equipment, by performing the test of the centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment using a simulator device having the same functions as those of plural distribution remote supervisory and controlling equipments. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted so that a simulating equipment 3 having the same functions as those of plural distribution remote supervisory and controlling equipments 21-2n at a centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment 1, and the simulator equipment 3 is connected to the centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment 1 at the testing time of the equipment 1. At the testing time of the centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment 1, the simulating equipment device 3 and the the centralized supervisory and controlling equipment 1 are connected electrically. Afterwards, the same data as the functions of the distribution remote supervisory and controlling equipments 21-2n are supplied to the system equipment 1, then an operation test for the system equipment 1 is performed. Thereby, the test of the centralized supervisory and controlling system equipment can be performed without using the real distribution remote supervisory and controlling equipment. |
