The invention relates to a connection device for prestressed concrete sheath which will find its application in particular in the field of public works or in the building industry (cast concrete blocks). The structures are formed from juxtaposed concrete blocks 2 and 3 traversed by prestressing cables which are placed in sheaths 4 and 5 passing through each of the blocks 2 and 3. The connection device 6 is formed by a joining sleeve 7 whose function is to ensure continuity between the sheaths 4 and 5 so as to facilitate the passing of the prestressing cable. The device 6 is also formed by a sealing sleeve 12 which has to compensate for the dimensional differences between the contiguous blocks 2 and 3 and join the sheaths 4 and 5 in a sealed manner. <IMAGE>
