The apparatus serves to provide shuttering for foundations and, for this purpose, exhibits two mutually opposite shuttering panels (1) which run essentially parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction and, between them, form a cross-sectionally upwardly tapering, trapezoidal shuttering space (2) for the foundation. The shuttering panels (1) are connected at the lower end of vertically arranged frame parts (3). At their lower end, the frame parts (3) are further provided with a foot part (4) and, at their opposite, upper end, they are guided adjustably and fixably on horizontal crossmembers (6) running perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the shuttering panels (1). <IMAGE>
