This process consists in producing a draining column made up of a simple pebble packing 13 maintained inside the rubbish pile 12. This pebble packing, in the form of a column, is obtained by means of a metal cylinder acting in the manner of a sliding moulding moved vertically upwards and filled with pebbles as the rubbish pile mounts.
