Machine for filling bags and, in particular, machine for placing in outer packaging products already packed in nets or sachets. The machine comprises an erect tubular body 15 inside which is provided an accumulation chamber 30 with opening base 34, two spreaders 40 are mounted so as to be movable in translation with respect to the lower opening 26 of the tubular body 15 and a presentation support 20 is mounted pivotably in order to bring an empty bag 13 around the spreaders 40 in a mutual closing-together position, distancing of the latter giving rise to the automatic positioning of the bag in the extension of the lower opening 26 for receiving a predetermined quantity of net 12 previously accumulated in the chamber 30.
