PURPOSE:To prioritize the monitor by a specific remote supervisory device by providing a preferential monitor mode setting means that accepts only a telegram specifying the specific remote supervisory device among monitor mode setting telegrams from a remote supervisory device and that does not accept the telegram specifying other remote supervisory devices. CONSTITUTION:When a package set telegram is given, a center preferential mode flag M2 is referred to. If the flag is set, the currently set center monitor mode is prioritized. As long as the center preferential mode flag M2 is set, a branch monitor mode setting telegram transmitted from a branch RMC 7 is invalidated if it is set in a lump, and the center monitor mode can be maintained. Thus a mode to monitor a CD 10 and an ATM 8 in an automated store, which the branch RMC 7 cannot monitor and maintain sufficiently, can be under the monitor of a central RMC 4 in the monitor center, and a quick response can be maintained even if the system breaks down. |
