PURPOSE:To eliminate almost the influence of a base current and the resistance part of a transistor to the action of a circle transforming circuit by using only an NPN transistor, in which hfe is larger and a bulk resistance is smaller, at the constituting part of a circle transforming means. CONSTITUTION:The base and collector of a transistor Q10 are connected to the emitter of a transistor Q9, and to the collector of the transistor Q9, the cathode of a diode D3 and the base of a transistor Q11 are connected. The anode of the diode D3 and the emitter of the transistor Q11 are connected to a power source Vcc, and the output current of a circle function transforming circuit is removed from the collector of the transistor Q11. Thus, the circle function transformation can be satisfactorily executed. |
