PURPOSE:To improve a polling, and to execute communication with high transmission efficiency by confirming a subscription state of a slave station by a master station, and giving an answer use time slot number to only a slave station which is in the course of actual operation. CONSTITUTION:A master station receivers an answer from a slave station by a control part 7 through an antenna 5-1, a transmission/reception switching part 12, and a receiving part 11, and the control part 7 confirms a subscription state of the slave station and confirms a fact that no tooth-omission exists in a time slot, and thereafter, stores the same contents in a memory 13, and also, informs a determined time slot number to each station. The slave station receives the determined time slot number from the master station, thereafter, the master station equipment confirms periodically the subscription state. In such a way, no idle time slot is generated and the polling efficiency is improved.
