PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and surely aligne core material to groove by a method wherein the intersection points and curved points of core materials sewed in advance on a thin plate, formed of non-metallic elastic body, are hooked up to guide pins, which are protrusively provided on a press tool. CONSTITUTION:Proper number of guide pins 8... are protrusively provided at the intersection points and curved points of a groove 6 on a press bottom force C in such a manner that the tip part of each pin 8 faces in the groove 7 on a press top force D in a press operation. In addition, non-metallic elastic body 12, such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin or the like, is applied in the groove 6 and, at the same time, a plate 9 is piled up on the joint surface 13 of the press bottom force C by hooking the intersection portions and curved portions of core materials 4 adhesively sewed on the plate 9 to the guide pins 8. Next, non-metallic elastic body 12 is applied along the sewing pattern of the core materials 4 so as to press-mold the plate 9 under the state being sandwiched between the non-metallic elastic bodies 12 and 12 with both the press forces C and D. Accordingly, the alignment of the core materials to grooves can be easily and surely done through the hooking action of sad core materials to the guide pins. |
