PURPOSE:To obtain a recorder capable of providing objective data useful in the inquiry of an accident, by displaying the states of other ship and a fixed obstacle with respect to a ship by its own radar signal and outputting an alarm signal when a dangerous degree of collision approaches and recording an image pickup signal with the output of said alarm signal. CONSTITUTION:CPU11 in ARPA (collision prevention aid apparatus) 10 calculates the CPA, DCPA and TCPA vectors and dangerous degree with other ship or a fixed obstacle. According to circumstances, a danger signal or a serous danger signal is successively outputted and an alarm circuit 12 performs necessary indication or the generation of alarm sound based on said signal and, in the case of the serous danger signal, a drive signal is outputted to a disk recorder 20. A pulse generating circuit 21 outputs positive and negative pulses to actuators 22, 31 based on the generation and extinction of said signal and, corresponding to this, the recording of a video signal and the image pickup of a display 13 by a video camera 33 are respectively performed. By this method, the decision and action of a captain and navigators in a collision accident can be analyzed based on recording. |
