<p>PURPOSE:To shorten an operation time, to reduce the distance up to a floodlight projector, to eliminate a chattering phenomenon and to perform stable operation, by using a phototransistor in the light receiver of a super-wide-angle photoelectric switch and curving the mount surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a super-wide-angle photoelectric switch wherein a light receiver 1 and a floodlight projector 4 are arranged in opposed relation to each other on the die steel charging side of a correction machine and it is detected whether a work to be corrected in its bending is charged in the correction machine, the mount surface 2 of the light receiver is set to a circular arc curved surface around the floodlight projector 4 and a plurality of phototransistors 32 are arranged to the mount surface 2 through a condensing convex lens 31. Each of the phototransistors 32 is connected to a logical circuit such as an OR circuit due to a diode array and a switching transistor. By this method, the arrangement distance between the floodlight projector and the light receiver can be shortened and the power consumption of the floodlight projector is reduced to extend life and the operation time of the light receiver can be shortened.</p> |
