PURPOSE:To automate flame spraying work and to enhance working environment, by mounting a flame spraying apparatus on a runnable truck and connecting the exhaust hood of the flame spraying apparatus to a collection device through a pipe. CONSTITUTION:Flame spraying is performed to a large-scaled structure A, to which pretreatment is applied, from the flame spraying gun mounted on the truck 3 running on rails B while said truck 3 is run on the rails B to make it possible to perform mechanical flame spraying. The truck 3 can run forward and backward as well as left and right according to a program and the fume or hot gas generated by flame spraying is sucked from an exhaust hood 2a through a flexible pipe 4 by the rotary vacuum 1b of a collection device 1 and is perfectly filtered by the catcher 1c and back filter 1d of the collection device 1 to be discharged to the atmosphere.
