PURPOSE:To obtain processed rice to be immediately boiled without requiring preparations such as rinsing, washing, soaking in water, etc., by prior rinsing rice, washing, soaking in water, irradiating the rice with microwave and drying in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Rice is rinsed, washed, soaked in water about 30min-1hr, packed into a container, irradiated with microwave for about 4-5min so that heat is generated from the surface and interior of the rice, the container is filled with the steam and the rice is steamed. Then the container is dried in vacuum, only the surface of the rice is dried and made a free-flowing state. |
