PURPOSE:To produce chewing gum-containing marshmallow having complicatedly enjoyable flavor and taste of marshmallow and chewing gum, not causing deterioration in flavor with time at an early stage, by adding chewing gum in a flowing state to marshmallow. CONSTITUTION:Chewing gum in a flowing state is added to marshmallow in any process of marshmallow production by using a humectant such as preferably invert sugar, sugaralcohol, etc., by a conventional procedure, by extruding chewing gum while kneading or by adding chewing gum in a fluid state, by heating and melting.
