PURPOSE:To facilitate focusing adjustment operation by projecting light information luminous flux which is projected from a light information source on the rotary center axis of a rotary reflecting mirror and forming an image of the reflected light on an optical recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The rotary reflecting mirror 24 made of a plane mirror is irradiated with the light information luminous flux LT projected by the light information source 26, the light information luminous flux LT reflected by the rotary reflecting mirror 24 is image-formed on an optical recording medium 22, and the irradiation position of the light information luminous flux LT on the rotary reflecting mirror 24 is selected on or nearby the rotary center axis 23 of the rotary reflecting mirror 24. When recording tracks are formed on the optical recording medium 22 by rotating the rotary reflecting mirror 24, the optical path length of a light beam constituting the light information luminous flux LT is inhibited from varying practically and the focusing adjustment of a light spot formed on the optical recording medium 22 need not be adjusted according to the rotation of the rotary reflecting mirror 24. Consequently, an optical recording device which is simple in constitution on the whole is obtained. |
