PURPOSE:To correct the recording of an image and to reduce the load of the lookup table of host side machinery, by mounting a lookup table for correcting the characteristic of a color printer and the lookup table for correcting the display characteristic of the host side machinery. CONSTITUTION:Host side machinery sends not only a command CM to a CPU 30 but also image data DT to an interface 31. The interface 31 sends the data outputted to RAM 33 forming a host side lookup table (LUT) as address data on the basis of the signal T1 from a timing control circuit 32. RAM 33 is constituted of two-port RAM and conversion data is outputted under the control of CPU 30 to be inputted to two-port RAM being LUT of a color printer 30A. Corrected image data are inputted to a light emitting diode (LED) 37 from RAM 34 through a DA converter 35 and an amplifier 36 and the lights of RGB corresponding to the image data from the host side machinery are emitted to expose a photosensitive material 2 and a color image is recorded. |
