PURPOSE:To realize a high recording density equal to an optical recording medium except a general optical card by charging a laminate film, cutting and removing a sealed part, peeling the charged laminate film by an electrical attraction force and recording and reproducing information in an optical recording member. CONSTITUTION:After the laminate film 2 is charged, the sealed part 3 is cut and removed, then, the charged laminate film 2 is peeled by the electrical attraction force, thereafter, the information is recorded and reproduced on the optical recording member 11, so that the record surface of the optical card is protected by the laminate film 2 and an external flaw or the adhesion of dust is received by the laminate film 2. Accordingly, except at the time of mounting in a writer or reader, the card surface is constantly maintained in a laminated state. Thereby, the high density recording and reproduction can be attained. |
