PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a taper plate spring by providing a resin part made by hardening only matrix resin on the tip side of a core member, and softening a wedge effect of the core member tip by means of the resin part. CONSTITUTION:A part 5 made of only matrix resin is provided in an area extending from the tip side of a core member 3, that is an end face 4, in the direction toward a plate end part 1c. The resin part 5 to be used in forming a FRP member 2 is formed of matrix resin which oozes out of reinforced fibers and then hardens. The resin part 5 and the FRP member 2 harden as one body but substantially contain no reinforced fiber. The core member 3 and the resin part 5 are, accordingly, providing in compliance with the length of the taper part of an FRP taper plate spring 1 so that the wedge effect of the core member tip is softened by means of the resin part and the durability of the FRP taper plate spring is greatly improved. |
