摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title motor and manufacture it inexpensively, by a method wherein the normal or reverse rotation of the motor is effected by impressing a voltage, impressed on a Hall element, normally or reversely while the motor is stopped automatically by utilizing the elimination of a counter electromotive force and the differential pulse of a position detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase semiconductor motor is controlled so as to be driven into normal or reverse rotation by a method wherein 3-phase armature coils in a 3-phase bridge circuit 6 are conducted in accordance with the position of a magnet rotor, which is detected by a position detecting circuit 2 consisting of Hall elements 19a-19c. A resistor 4 is connected in series to the bridge circuit 6 while an unbalanced voltage, obtained by an operation amplifier 5, is impressed from an AND circuit 13 to a transistor 11 through a differential circuit 12. FF circuits 8a, 8b are provided to form a selective output circuit, operated by input signals from terminals 10a-10b, to select a positive or negative impressing voltage for said position detecting circuit 2 through monostable circuits 7a, 7b and control the normal or reverse operation of the motor.
