PURPOSE:To enable easy control of engaging off of an operation clutch and effective amount of an operation brake by changing projecting amount of pistons by rotation of the pistons. CONSTITUTION:A rotary arm 18 is arbitrarily moved by its long hole and a fixed screw, and the right and left pistons by a parallel link through respective axis part (b) of the right and left rear rod 11. Therefore, the inclined position of a hydraulic restricting edge 6 of the right piston 2b is changed against the left piston 2a, and the interval between the restricting edge 6 and a hydraulic exhaust 15 becomes far apart. The projecting amount of the right piston 2b becomes large by the amount of the far apart interval. Accordingly, the projecting amount of the piston is made large, and effective amount of an operation brake can be easily controlled by rotating operation.
