发明名称 REINFORCING WORK FOR CORRODED PORTION OF STEEL TUBULAR PILE
摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which a collar is attached to the portion below corroded part of steel tubular pile, a halved steel tube having a diameter larger than the pile is welded to the collar above the water surface, and cement mortar is packed into the space between the pile and the welded steel tube. CONSTITUTION:A rubber plate, etc., is wound around the portion below eroded portion of a steel tubular pile 1 to form a collar 18, and a halved steel tube of a larger diameter than the pile 1 is welded to the portion above water surface of the pile 1 to form an outer skirt tube 19. The tube 19 is set on the collar 18 and a spacer 20 is inserted to match the centers of the pile 1 and the tube 19. Cement mortar 21 is packed into the space between the pile 1 and the tube 19 for integration, where the axial force by vertical loading is shared to the pile 1 and the bending moment during abnormal period is shared to the tube 19. The efficiency of all operations can be raised since underwater operation is only the attaching operation of the collar 18.
