PURPOSE:To obtain strong power by forming two closed square and circular water tanks in a closed oval outer hull, and moving a floating ship in a well bucket mode in each water tank. CONSTITUTION:Two closed water tanks 5 denoted by A, B are formed in an oval outer hull 4 having its closed upper part to form a large high pressure air chamber, and a floating ship 6 is provided in each of the water tanks 5. First, the floating ship 6 is filled with air by means of power generated outside this device to rise at the rising speed of about 2 m/hr. A blower provided on a lifting upper part is driven by the above-mentioned power to fill an air chamber 11 and the large high pressure air chamber with the air, and stops automatically when air pressure in the above- mentioned air chambers attains 5K, and then the normal operation of a power engine becomes possible. on the other hand, an axle 3 rotates through a rope 7 as the floating ship 6 rises, and the rotation of the axle 3 is increased by a lifting rotation increasing device to attain the number of revolutions approximating to that of a generator at the final stage. Thus the above-mentioned composition enabling the two floating ships 6 to move in a well bucket mode by utilizing the water and air makes the permanent operation of the power device possible to generate electricity safeIy and inexpensively.
