PURPOSE:To permit high speed recording action, and compact and light-weight of a structure so that a sheet may be cut under a small and light-weight structure by providing a sheet transport means along part of the periphery of a rotary element and installing a sheet cutter on the rotary element or a member which rotates with the rotary element integrally. CONSTITUTION:The high- and low-level surfaces 14 of a circumferential cam 12 provided on the external periphery of a rotary element 3 are fitted to two grooves located adjacent to a driver roller 13. If cam 12 rotates in an arrow A direction, only the high-level surface 14 fits the groove. Further, if the cam passes through a gradient part 16, shifting to the low-level surface 15, a roller 13 is driven by rotation by groove pitch. Then if the roller rotates 350 deg., the surfaces 14, 15 fit the next groove. Consequently, if the rotary element 3 rotates, the roller 3 synchronously rotates each sheet feed roller 18 through a universal joint 17, feeding sheets. A sheet center 20 mounted on the rotary element 3 turns a solenoid 21 ON, protruding a blade 22 to a position which crosses the sheet. Thus the sheet is cut by utilization of the rotational motion of the rotary element 3.
