PURPOSE:To attempt reduction of power consumption of a compressor by recovering drain generated in an exhaust condenser, and by throwing it in a combustor after supplying it to an exhaust heat recovering device. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen compressed in compressor 2 and 7 is stored in a storage tank 15. Drain generated in an exhaust condenser 26 provided in an exhaust system of a gas turbine 23 is recovered in a drain tank 30. After the recovered drain is supplied to an exhaust heat recovering device 24, temperature control is executed by throwing it in a combustor 21 through a feed water pipe 35. The amount of oxygen supplied to the combustor can thus be stable and the minimum which is required for complete combustion, and power consumption of the compressors can be reduced.
