The present invention applies to the field of interior architecture, its object is to : - make it possible, in small living, spaces to instal a chimney combined with the essential staircase and to consequently free the location reserved for the chimney space; - overcome the constraint, in conventional architecture, of installing the chimney flue in the structural wall; - make it possible to convey the recovered heat in the 2 levels of the dwelling. This invention consists of a central core, a chimney hearth and 13 steps (HSP 270). The invention is particularly intended for detached houses.
