PURPOSE:To make a vehicle better to move in a parallel state toward the orthogonal direction, by installing a steering device which operates the directional change of a symmetrical pair of driving wheels free of operation for driving and stopping individually. CONSTITUTION:Knuckle arms 35 and 35 additionally installed in each of wheel support cases 34 and 34 and a rocking lever 36 are interlockingly connected to each other by each tire rod 35a, while a fixed pin 37 of a rocking lever 30 is installed over the bracket 38 installed in the lever 36 and a fixed frame 39 free of piercing attachment. Three pin through holes 40 are formed in the fixed frame 39, whereby it is designed so as to make it fixable in three stages as in rectilinear, left-hand and right-hand states by means of rock motion of the lever 36.
