PURPOSE:To permit the selective use of a bench type seat and separation type seat by allowing the right and left independent seats to be aslantly slided so as to be positioned to the center side of the car body as the seats are set forwardly and connecting the right and left independent seats at the forwardly slided position. CONSTITUTION:Each independent seat 3R, 3L, 4R, and 4L can be slided, and at the rearward slided position, the right and left independent seats 3R, 3L and 4R, 4L of the seats S2 and S2 are set apart. When the independent seats 3R, 3L, and 4R, 4L are slided forward from this state, these seats are set into the advance slide position. At this position, the right and left independent seats 3R, 3L and 4R, 4L are connected, and one bench type seat is constituted. Therefore, the seats behind a driver's seat can be switched selectively into a connected bench type seat and a separation type seat.
